2019 Rates

Rates Include water, electric and sewer on all sites
One camping unit per site with 2 adults and 3 children.  Additional people will cost $2.00 per person, per night. Management approval needed for more than 6 people.

• Cash or Credit Card (processing fee may apply).  Check accepted for Monthly & Seasonal only
• Holidays are Memorial Day, 4th of July and  Labor Day
• Holidays require a 3-night minimum

Reservations:

• Holiday reservations require payment IN FULL at time of reservation.
• Monthly camping requires a deposit of $100 at time of reservation and payment in full at time of arrival.
• Nightly and Weekly camping requires deposit of one-night stay at time of reservation and payment in full at time of arrival.

Cancellations:

• Holidays must receive your cancellation notice 10 days prior to arrival date for a full refund, less cancellation fee of $5.00
• Monthly reservations, must receive cancellation notice 10 days prior to arrival date for a full refund, less cancellation fee of $5.00
• Nightly & Weekly reservations, must receive cancellation notice 5 days prior to arrival date for a full refund, less cancellation fee of $5.00

**If proper cancellation notice is not given for nightly, weekly or monthly camping, the deposit will be forfeited and no refund will be given.
